Crown Conference Centre is Crown’s purpose-built hotel convention facility, catering for large residential conferences, meetings, seminars, product launches, exhibitions, and events. A spectacular extension to the
Conference Centre opened in January 2010 allowing the centre to cater for conferences of up to 800 delegates all on one site.
The Centre’s exciting modern design provides the ideal backdrop for conferences and features an abundance of natural light in all breakout rooms, an adaptable layout and the latest in audio visual technology and support from an exceptional service team dedicated to ensuring the success of every conference.

The Centre caters for conferences of over 800 delegates with the option of utilising up to 19 concurrent rooms on the same floor. A choice of two plenary rooms offers a suite of flexibility: The Crown Conference Hall is a large, pillar-less space featuring operable walls with a seating capacity of 840 delegates theatre-style, whilst the Promenade Room seats 600 delegates theatre-style; both rooms boast a ceiling height of over 5 metres.

The Exhibition Hall will accommodate up to 50 booths and complements other exhibition options in the Conference Centre. Crown has installed the most advanced technology available, such as wireless internet connections, data technology, web-casting and video conferencing facilities. There is also a Business Centre, which offers full secretarial services, internet workstations, photocopying, printing and scanning facilities, a private meeting room and courier service.
